About Us
Yash Interior & Construction is a leading interior design and construction company specializing in premium residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and institutional projects. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive business growth, generate quality leads, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, corporate outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Identify and convert high-value clients in the Interior Design, Construction, and Real Estate sectors.
Meet architects, builders, developers, corporate clients, and property consultants to build strong business relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and customer requirements.





Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven Business Development experience in Interior Designing, Construction, or Real Estate.
Strong understanding of project sales and B2B business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Must possess a qualified personality with strong client-handling abilities.

Preferred Candidate
Existing network with architects, builders, corporate clients, developers, and channel partners.
Strong understanding of interior fit-out and construction projects.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about business growth.
