Why we need this role
Supports the design of incentive plans, enrolling current employees and coordinating with other business units to ensure timely incentive payment. Performs analyses and develops models to monitor business performance and incentives, providing regular reports to the business. Ensures payments/commissions as per the incentive plan.What you will do
Typical roles and responsibilities include:
• Assist in developing and implementing the Sales Incentive plan, including related policies and procedures, to align with Colt’s goals and competitive processes.
• Work with other Colt functions to support defining and documenting compensation policies, update compensation documents, and generally provide support.
• Analyse the impact of the Sales Incentives plan, providing performance insights to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain commission processes and systems and support on queries around them in alignment with the policies and procedures.
• Instigate commissions and support on queries around them.
• Research and understand current and future competitive markets for sales incentives.
• Maintain working knowledge of relevant legislation that may affect internal compensation policies.What we're looking for
Education
Experience in Data Analytics using tools such as Ms Excel Advance
Graduate in any discipline or qualified by experience
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field
