Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic finance leader who combines financial planning and Analysis, governance, controllership, risk management, internal controls, and business partnering capabilities. The Director, FP&A; and Internal Controls will provide strategic financial leadership for BCE Global Technology, Bell Canada's Global Capability Centre in India, leading financial planning, forecasting, business performance management, governance,



risk management, and internal controls. The role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring financial discipline, operational excellence, robust governance, and scalable controls while supporting Bell's transformation and growth objectives. This role is pivotal in driving Bell's financial transformation, ensuring that as we scale our global operations, our financial frameworks are not just compliant, but also a competitive advantage. This role will partner closely with the India GCC Leadership, Corporate Finance team, other stakeholders as well as Internal/External Audit partners.

Responsibilities - FP & A

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly performance reporting.
Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with cross functional business leaders to optimize costs, improve productivity, and support
