As an Account Director / Group Account Director, you will play a key role in guiding clients to make confident business and brand decisions through consumer insights. You will lead complex quantitative research programmes, build trusted client relationships, and encourage innovative approaches that help clients understand their consumers and unlock growth opportunities.
You will also support commercial success, nurture team capability, and contribute to the continued development of Kantar's research expertise and market reputation

Role Overview

Lead quantitative research programmes from proposal through delivery,



ensuring high-quality outputs and actionable recommendations.
•Build and strengthen long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on brand and consumer insight challenges.
•Grow existing business and identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and research engagements.
•Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and reports that clearly communicate insight and business impact.
•Encourage innovative thinking and new approaches to enhance client outcomes and research effectiveness.
•Guide, coach, and develop team members to strengthen research capability and career growth.
•Manage project budgets, supplier relationships, and operational delivery to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
Role Requirements & Capabilities
•Significant experience of around 10 to 15 yrs in quantitative consumer insights, market research, or related consulting environments.
•Strong client engagement and communication skills
