You will work closely with program, partnerships, and leadership teams to accelerate the Fellowship’s growth and influence.

About the Program:
The Bhumi Fellowship is designed to bring in smart young people to transform Indian education.

This professional programme will develop youth into change leaders who enable schools to function better as an ecosystem.

By 2035, 400 change leaders will impact over 3 million children across India.

Primary Responsibilities:




Strategize innovative marketing and communication initiatives and deploy industry best practices to build and strengthen the Bhumi Fellowship brand among youth audiences
Design and monitor targeted online and offline recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality Fellowship applicants.
Provide on-field direction and support to ensure high-quality production of storytelling content, including videos, testimonials, and impact stories that authentically showcase the Fellowship journey
Manage the Fellowship marketing budget effectively and optimize investments to improve return on investment (ROI) and campaign efficiency year on year
Mentor the Fellowship marketing team, ensuring high ownership, solid execution, and achievement of ambitious marketing and recruitment goals

Other Responsibilities:
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, digital content, campaign assets, and press releases to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all platforms
