Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Executive located in Mumbai at Eamah Entrepreneur. The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales and customer relationship management, highlighting product features,



understanding customer requirements, and providing technical assistance to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical clients.
What you'll do
Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients across production, engineering, and purchase functions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions for compression, encapsulation, and packaging machinery.
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrate product features and capabilities.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot customer challenges in collaboration with engineering teams.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.
Meet and exceed sales targets through a combination of current customer acquisition and account development.
Represent Eamah during client visits, industry events, and technical discussions.
