What You'll Do
As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless execution across client accounts by:
Managing the day-to-day execution of client deliverables across multiple accounts.
Acting as the primary point of coordination between clients and internal teams.
Working closely with Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Preparing briefs, managing follow-ups, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule.
Maintaining transparent and proactive communication with clients throughout campaign execution.
Reviewing work before delivery to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Taking ownership of execution and reducing dependency on senior team members for day-to-day account management.
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or a similar agency role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and project management abilities.
Ability to write clear briefs and translate client requirements into actionable tasks.
Comfortable managing multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
