We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of Business Analysis Manager – Global Insights.
In this role, you will:
Responsible for delivering all centralized KRI, KPI, Insights and Analytics across Markets and Securities Services Operations with accuracy and within Service level agreement. To be a primary partner for Operations in the development, delivery, and implementation of automated and standardized KRI reporting.




To support in building out the future state construction of data store for KRIs/Client Reporting Metrics. To ensure data provision and availability is prioritized at a strategic level across asset classes. To promote the use of standardized tools, techniques, and analysis methodologies across Operations.
Ensure greater governance and quality around all enhancements and projects. The incumbent will need to work closely with Operations and IT functions to ensure successful delivery of Key change and transformation Projects.
Support Head of Business Insights and program manager on analytical assessments across other Manual Process value streams, in achieving project goals. Drive Continuous Improvements through simplification/automation of existing processes
