Financial reporting: Prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Summarize financial status to provide insights for decision-making.
Financial security & compliance: Ensure regular database backups and adherence to internal controls for financial data protection.
Taxation & compliance: Manage and document monthly tax filings (e.g., GST) in line with regulations. Ensure timely completion of tax obligations.
Payment processing: Verify payment documentation and request disbursements. Ensure proper approvals and accuracy before processing payments.
Accounting support: Research and interpret accounting policies and regulations to address procedure inquiries.
Legal compliance: Stay updated with national, state, and local financial legal requirements.
Advise management on actions needed to comply with financial regulations.
Financial analysis & recommendations: Collect, analyze, and summarize financial data to prepare special reports. Recommend financial actions based on analysis of accounting options.
Account reconciliation: Reconcile discrepancies in financial records by identifying and resolving issues.
