Role Summary
The AVP – Sales & Marketing will lead EON Meditech's commercial organization across two connected mandates: (1) domestic field sales leadership — driving revenue through Team Leaders, Territory Managers, Field Executives, and Telecallers — and (2) global distributor development,



building and scaling EON Meditech's international distributor network across priority regions worldwide, starting with Mexico and LATAM and expanding into other markets over time, including navigating region-specific regulatory requirements (e.g., COFEPRIS in Mexico). This is a senior, high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to company leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Domestic Sales Leadership
• Own the domestic sales P&L; and drive achievement of aggressive annual revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage the multi-tier field sales structure: Team Leaders, Territory Managers, Field Executives, and Telecallers.
• Design and execute territory coverage plans, incentive structures, and quarterly sales campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with key ENT surgeons, hospitals, and institutional accounts across major cities.
• Plan and drive participation in 8–10 annual medical conf
