Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Professional with a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years working extensively with Dynamics 365 CE to drive customer relationship management strategies, enhance automation, and optimize business processes.

The role requires expertise in Power Platform, CRM solutions, customization, integrations, and data migration within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. The candidate should have solid problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in configuring and developing Dynamics 365 CE modules, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

Design and implement end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet business needs.
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules,



including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
Develop Power Automate workflows, PowerApps, and integrations with other Microsoft and third-party applications.

Implementation & Integration

Manage data migration, integration with enterprise applications, and deployment of CRM solutions.
Work with APIs, Azure Services, and third-party tools for seamless integration.
Ensure data security, compliance, and performance optimization of CRM solutions.

Customer Engagement & Support

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to gather and define requirements.
Conduct user training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support for Dynamics 365 CE.
Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) to advise on best practices for CRM solutions.
