Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven Sales Manager/Sales Person to lead our aggressive growth strategy across Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels in the United States and India. This is a pivotal role for someone who combines strategic thinking with tactical execution, understands the Ayurvedic wellness space, and thrives on creating unconventional campaigns that drive revenue and brand awareness.
You will own multiple sales channels,



leverage our existing customer database to create targeted campaigns, develop innovative product bundles and offers, and think creatively about market expansion while maintaining deep relationships with spa owners, estheticians, and individual consumers.
Key Responsibilities
D2C Channel Growth
· Drive revenue growth through e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, own website)
· Launch limited edition products, seasonal collections, and curated wellness boxes
· Develop subscription/loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value
· B2B Channel Development & Management
· Identify and onboard spa owners and wellness centers as wholesale partners
· Create and manage B2B campaign strategies tailored to professional estheticians
· Develop custom offerings, tiered pricing models, and educational packages for spas
· Build partnership programs that incentivize bulk purchases and upsells
