Shree Corporation is a leading audio-visual solutions provider with 1,200+ projects delivered and 500+ clients across the corporate, banking, government and education sectors. We are expanding our Mumbai sales team and hiring 4 Sales Executives.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Executive you will generate new business for AV solutions across Mumbai and MMR - video conferencing systems, interactive panels, LED video walls, commercial displays, projectors, digital signage, professional audio and lighting control. This is a field sales role: you will spend most of your week meeting clients, understanding their AV requirements, coordinating solution design with our technical team, and closing orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate new business through cold calls, field visits, site surveys, LinkedIn, referrals, exhibitions and inbound enquiries
• Meet corporate IT and admin heads, school and college decision-makers, government departments, procurement teams and channel partners
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with our pre-sales team on BOQs, layouts and commercial proposals




• Conduct product demonstrations at client sites and at our experience centre
• Present pricing, handle objections, negotiate and close orders within approved margin limits
• Track and respond to tenders on GeM and government portals
• Identify, onboard and support dealers and system integrators in your territory
• Coordinate with projects, logistics and service teams for smooth delivery and installation
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and follow up on collections

QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-3 years of B2B, corporate, institutional or field sales experience
• Experience in AV, IT hardware, projectors, displays, CCTV/ELV, networking or office automation is a solid added advantage - not mandatory
• Any graduate; an engineering or IT background is a plus
• Confident spoken and written English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage
• Willing to travel daily across Mumbai and MMR; own two-wheeler prefer
