Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer with hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Workday Integration Cloud, and Smartsheet integrations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain integrations that automate the flow of job descriptions, position data, requisitions, and hiring information between Workday and Smartsheet.
This role will focus on eliminating manual processes by synchronizing approved requisitions, HR templates, and position data into Smartsheet project trackers, ensuring seamless collaboration between HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Workday integration technologies, APIs, XML/XSLT transformations, security, and enterprise integration best practices.

1. Workday Integration Development
Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using:
Workday Studio
Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

Build inbound and outbound integrations supporting HR, Recruiting, and Position Management.
Develop scalable and reusable integration solutions following Workday best practices.
2. Smartsheet Integration
Design and implement integrations between Workday and Smartsheet.

Hiring Status
Approval Workflows
Utilize Smartsheet REST APIs and webhooks for data exchange.
Ensure project trackers remain synchronized with Workday updates.
3. API & Data Integration
Develop REST and SOAP API integrations.
Build secure data exchange mechanisms between Workday and external applications.
Implement data transformations using:

Develop middleware integrations where required.
