Job Summary
Kawen Manpower is seeking a confident, articulate, and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to become the first point of contact for prospective clients. Key Responsibilities
Handle all inbound sales inquiries through phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and other communication channels.
Understand client hiring requirements and assess their recruitment needs through structured qualification.
Present Kawen Manpower's recruitment solutions and commercial offerings professionally and confidently.
Qualify prospective clients based on hiring requirements, business credibility, urgency, and commercial suitability.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous follow-ups and relationship management.
Convert qualified inquiries into signed recruitment mandates.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and develop new leads through market research, networking, referrals, and other business development initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities within the company's CRM.
Coordinate with the Business Development and Recruitment teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
