* Understand clients' lifestyle, requirements,

* Present design proposals, materials, finishes, and commercial estimates with confidence.
* Deliver a luxury customer experience throughout the sales journey.

? Team Leadership & Mentoring

* Lead and mentor Sales Designers and Senior Interior Designers.
* Conduct design reviews, sales coaching, and conversion training.
* Improve design presentation standards and sales performance across the team.
* Support hiring and development of design talent.
