Role Description
ABI Tours and Travels is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Counter Staff / Field Executive to join our team in Moradabad. This is a full time, on-site role that combines front-office operations, visa processing, and field responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, handle domestic and international travel bookings, process visa applications, coordinate travel documentation, and assist clients throughout their travel journey. The role also involves local field work, including document collection and delivery, client visits, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities




Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional travel consultation.
Handle domestic and international flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, travel insurance, and other travel services.
Manage end-to-end visa processing, including documentation, application preparation, appointment scheduling, submission, tracking, and customer updates.
Verify travel and visa documents for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa application centres, airlines, and travel partners.
Process bookings, issue invoices, collect payments, and maintain customer records.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
Conduct local field visits for document collection and delivery, bank work, and client servicing.
Visit corporate clients and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
