Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end inventory monitoring and control across clinics and operational centers
• Track inventory movement, stock usage, and consumption patterns to ensure
operational accuracy
• Identify and resolve inventory mismatches, stock variances, shortages, and leakages
• Conduct regular physical audits and reconciliation checks across locations
• Prepare audit reports, highlight findings, and drive closure of operational gaps
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring inventory issues and implement corrective
actions
• Improve inventory processes, tracking systems, and operational workflows for better
efficiency
• Ensure adherence to inventory SOPs, operational standards, and compliance processes
• Coordinate closely with operations, procurement, finance, and clinic teams for seamless

• Monitor inventory-related dashboards, reports, and operational metrics to support
decision-making
