Profile Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Financial Literacy Trainer to conduct interactive financial education sessions for school students. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping young learners develop essential money management skills and be able to simplify financial concepts through practical, age-appropriate, and activity-based learning.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct engaging Financial Literacy sessions, teaching concepts such as budgeting, saving, investing, banking, entrepreneurship, digital payments, and responsible financial decision-making.
* Plan and deliver interactive, age-appropriate lessons using activities, games, case studies, and real-life examples to simplify financial concepts.
* Develop students' critical thinking, problem-solving, financial responsibility, and practical money management skills.
* Monitor student participation and progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a positive,



inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
* Coordinate with the school and Gyansthan team regarding schedules, maintain attendance records, and support project-based learning and classroom discussions related to financial literacy.

Eligibility
* Prior experience teaching Financial Literacy, Commerce, Economics, Business Studies, or related subjects is preferred.

* Robust communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
* Ability to simplify financial concepts and conduct engaging, interactive sessions for students.
