Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and enterprise application development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications that support up-to-date enterprise and AI-driven customer experience solutions. In this role, you will work on developing backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices while collaborating closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams. Experience working with enterprise integrations, cloud-native applications, and modern software engineering practices is highly preferred. Exposure to contact center technologies, AI-powered platforms, or cloud services will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.

Build, enhance,



and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support enterprise and customer-facing applications.

Develop data access layers using Entity Framework and optimize application performance with SQL Server and MongoDB.

Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, debugging, performance tuning, and production support activities.

Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following software engineering best practices and coding standards.

Work with source control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes to ensure reliable software delivery.

Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement scalable and reliable solutions.

Document technical designs, APIs, deployment processes, and application configurations.
