Role Description The Restaurants Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role oversees day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, adherence to quality and hygiene standards, and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction across assigned outlets. Responsibilities include supervising front-of-house and food & beverage staff, organizing shifts, monitoring performance, and supporting team members to deliver productive and courteous service. The role also involves handling guest queries or concerns, coordinating with the kitchen for timely and accurate order delivery, maintaining inventory and basic documentation, and implementing company policies and standards. The Restaurants Supervisor collaborates with management to support sales goals, improve service processes, and uphold Wadeshwar’s brand and customer experience.
