Role Description The Field Sales Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara. The role involves visiting customers in assigned territories, presenting the company’s portfolio of scientific products and services, and understanding customer requirements. The Field Sales Representative will conduct product demonstrations, prepare and follow up on quotations,



negotiate pricing within guidelines, and close sales orders. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, gathering market intelligence, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and customer support, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The role also includes participating in trade shows, promotional events, and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications
Ability to understand and communicate technical product information related to chemicals, laboratory equipment, consumables, and safety products.
Strong field sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
Customer relationship management skills, with a focus on service orientation, responsiveness, and long-term account development.
