About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Senior Executive – Marketing to drive brand visibility, agency management, influencer collaborations, and local marketing initiatives. This role requires solid stakeholder management skills, the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and agencies, and a hands-on approach to ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience working with D2C brands, preferably within the beauty, skincare, personal care, or lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities

Agency & Vendor Management

Manage and coordinate with creative, social media, influencer, ATL/BTL, and regional marketing agencies.
Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Oversee agency performance, timelines, and campaign outcomes.
Manage the onboarding and coordination of regional agencies, including the upcoming Kerala marketing agency partnership.

Content & Social Media Management





Own and manage the brand content calendar across digital and social media platforms.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for content creation and approvals.
Ensure consistent brand communication across Instagram, Facebook, community groups, local digital platforms, and brand-owned channels.

Influencer Marketing

Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers and creators.
Lead negotiations on commercials, content deliverables, and usage rights.
Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing to execution and reporting.
Drive cost efficiencies while maintaining campaign effectiveness.

Digital Presence & Local Marketing

Manage and optimize Google Business Listings and local discovery platforms.
Execute localized marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and store traffic.
Work closely with regional teams to activate marketing initiatives in local communities and groups.
