Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Adobe Target Recommendations and advanced personalization strategies (rule-based and algorithmic approaches).
Strong understanding of experimentation statistics (sample sizing, confidence, significance, guardrail metrics) and decision frameworks.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations and measurement alignment to ensure clean attribution and reporting.
Ability to collaborate deeply with design and engineering to implement reusable components and scalable testing frameworks.
Experience establishing experimentation governance, documentation standards, and optimization backlogs to scale programs across teams.
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including presenting insights, influencing prioritization, and driving adoption of learnings. Valuable to have skills: A/B Testing Strategy, Multivariate Testing (MVT), at.js / Adobe Web SDK, Personalization & Segmentation, Experimentation Statistics Key Responsibilities:
Lead Adobe Target implementations and optimization programs across A/B testing, multivariate testing,



and personalization use cases.
Partner with stakeholders to define experimentation roadmaps, success metrics, and prioritization aligned to business objectives.
Design strong test hypotheses, create test plans, and ensure statistically sound execution and interpretation of results.
Configure and deliver activities in Adobe Target (audiences, offers, experiences, targeting rules), ensuring accuracy and performance.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement Target via at.js / Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK patterns and validate deployments.
Establish QA processes for experiments, including cross-browser/device validation and pre/post-release checks.
Analyze outcomes, document learnings, and present insights and recommendations to business and technical audiences.
Drive continuous improvement of experimentation operations, including templates, governance, and best practices.
