The Powai operation is a critical part of the platform to support the growth of Nomura’s global business.Demonstrable hands-on experience engineering and deploying identity and access management across public clouds (AWS, Azure) in a hybrid cloud context. • Proven hands-on experience engineering & deploying Saviynt (or similar) as an IGA, ISPM, AAG and CPAM to govern identity and access management across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. • Hands on experience deploying and consuming Microsoft Azure Identity stack (Entra, etc) • Solid proficiency in modern platform engineering toolchains (e.g. Gitlab/GitHub, Terraform, Ansible) and techniques (e.g. Test-driven development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, etc) • Experience working in agile environment (e.g. Scrum) • Demonstrable experience engineering IAM solutions in a Financial Services Industry context. • Computer Science or similar degree Preferred: • Experience with using ServiceNow for ITSM as part of daily activities • Exposure to Atlassi
