What you'll do -
As a builder
Stay hands-on - this is still 60–70% a builder role, not a full step away from code.
Design and build microservices that are reusable, testable, and built to scale.
Own your code from design through production, and hold the same bar for your team.
As a technical owner
Own the technical roadmap for your pod - translate business priorities into a sequenced, de-risked engineering plan.
Make and defend architecture decisions for your domain end-to-end, and act as final technical sign-off before something ships to production.
