Role Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting client meetings, and supporting business development activities.
This role combines office-based responsibilities with regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Visit government departments, corporate offices, educational institutions, and prospective clients for meetings and business development during official working hours.




Present the company's products and solutions to potential customers.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing.
Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and purchase orders.
Maintain accurate sales records, daily activity reports, and customer databases.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Represent the company professionally during meetings and client interactions.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
Solid verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
