Who This Is For
You're someone with 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR who enjoys connecting with people and thrives in a rapid-paced environment. You proactively source candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You're eager to learn, take ownership, and grow beyond recruitment into broader HR responsibilities.

What You'll Own
Support hiring across creative, growth, operations, and business functions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, Behance, Instagram, and other channels
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process
Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate pipelines
Support onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and exit formalities
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation




Help drive employee engagement initiatives and support HR policies and compliance

What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
Startup, D2C, or agency hiring experience is preferred
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
High ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of HR operations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance is a plus
