Hydrovista Pools, an authorized dealer of Hayward® USA swimming pool equipment, is hiring a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive pan-India B2B sales from our Chennai base. We import, warehouse in Chennai, and distribute a complete range — pumps, filters, salt chlorinators, automation, heat pumps, and lighting — to contractors, resorts, hotels, and pool professionals across India.

The Role

Own lead generation and business development across India. Build a network of pool contractors, consultants, builders, architects, and equipment traders for wholesale supply of the Hayward range, and convert those relationships into orders. The role involves extensive travel across India to meet clients, attend site and project meetings, negotiate, and close orders. Technical support is provided by our product team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and develop new business across all regions of India

Identify and approach pool contractors, builders, consultants, architects, project developers, and equipment traders/dealers

Promote wholesale supply of Hayward pool equipment to the trade

Travel across India to meet clients and build the contractor/dealer network





Recommend suitable products with support from the technical team

Negotiate pricing, close orders, and manage the sales pipeline end to end

Represent Hydrovista Pools at industry events and expos

Report market feedback on demand, pricing, and competition

Requirements

[X]+ years of B2B / field sales experience, preferably in swimming pools, construction, building materials, MEP, HVAC, water treatment, or allied sectors An established network among contractors, consultants, architects, or project clients (robust advantage)

Comfortable travelling extensively across India

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Bachelor's degree preferred; engineering/technical background a plus

Fluency in English and Hindi and/or major regional languages

Valid driving licence
