What You'll Do As a Team Lead, you will:

Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives selling Pi Commerce. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor calling productivity, demos, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, and conversions. Conduct regular call audits and provide coaching to improve team performance.

Train team members on product knowledge, Meta Ads basics, objection handling, and closing techniques. Help the team resolve merchant concerns related to pricing, advertising budgets, campaign performance,



and lead quality. Maintain team dashboards and performance reports.

Collaborate with Product, Training, Onboarding, and Support teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience.

Who Should
