We are hiring for both Sales Associate and Sales Supervisor positions for our Puma stores all over Mumbai

Role level will be considered based on the candidate's experience and interview performance.

Work Schedule

- 9 working hours per day
- 6 working days per week
- Weekly off on a rotational basis

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
- Achieve individual and store sales targets




- Support visual merchandising and store presentation
- Manage stock replenishment and store operations
- Maintain PUMA brand standards at all times

Preferred Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, apparel, footwear, fashion or sportswear environments
- Passion for sales and customer engagement
- Energetic, customer-focused and willing to learn
- Interest in sports and an active lifestyle is an added advantage
