: Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

∙Quotation & Proposal Preparation:

oPrepare, format, and audit detailed price estimates, product/service quotations,

and scope-of-work proposals for prospective clients.

oEnsure all costings, discounts, and item specifications match current company pricing sheets and inventory data.

∙Client Communication (Email Only):

oServe as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, responding exclusively via email in a prompt, explicit, and professional manner.

oAnswer product, pricing, and project timeline queries while maintaining a warm and helpful tone.

oEnsure all client requests and email threads are documented accurately in the

CRM/database.

∙Homeowner Data Management:

oSecurely compile, verify, and share necessary project updates, floor plans,

specifications, and documentation with homeowners.

oMaintain clean, up-to-date client files and ensure sensitive homeowner data is handled according to company privacy standards.

∙Quality Control & Attention to Detail:





oDouble-check all outward-facing documents, emails, and data sheets for accuracy,

proper grammar, and precise numbers prior to sending.

oCoordinate with internal sales, design, or technical teams to verify custom client requirements before issuing final quotes.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

∙Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales support, administrative assistant roles, or client coordination.

∙Communication: Exceptional written English skills with a strong command of grammar,

punctuation, and tone for professional email drafting.

∙Accuracy: High attention to detail with an analytical mindset—ability to catch numerical and formatting errors quickly.

∙Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple email streams and quotation requests simultaneously without missing deadlines.
