Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hojai.

The Sales

Associate will support daily sales activities, including engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable electrical and electronic products.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, explaining features and benefits, processing orders, handling inquiries, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on inventory, assisting with displays and promotions, and preparing basic reports on sales performance.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and clearly with diverse customers.
