Sales Responsibilities

- Identify new customers and generate business opportunities in industries, OEMs, panel builders, contractors, and system integrators.

- Promote the company's electrical and instrumentation products through regular customer visits.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up for order closure.

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.

Service Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation products at customer sites.

- Perform preventive maintenance and attend breakdown service calls.

- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and customer training.

- Maintain service reports, installation records, and customer documentation.

- Coordinate warranty support, spare parts, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

- Ensure prompt and professional customer support.

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, EEE, ECE, Mechanical, or related disciplines.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of electrical systems and industrial instrumentation.

- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in electrical products, industrial instrumentation, automation, process control, or related industries.

- Fresh Diploma and Engineering graduates with valuable technical aptitude and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
