Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of submersible pumps and motors, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients on-site, understanding technical needs, presenting product solutions, preparing quotations, and following up to close deals.

The role also involves developing and executing basic marketing initiatives, such as supporting promotional campaigns, maintaining product information,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Anand, requiring regular interaction with industrial clients and close collaboration with operations and management.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand requirements, and provide clear product information.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities to generate leads, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets in an industrial products environment.
- Ability to deliver Training to customers or team members on product features, usage, and basic maintenance as needed.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment or technical products, preferably submersible pumps and motors, is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and ability to maintain organized records.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently on-site in Anand.
