Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Daily tasks include conducting product presentations and demos, responding to customer inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements. The specialist will also support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, events, and digital outreach,



while tracking performance metrics and reporting on sales and marketing activities. Training customers and internal teams on product features and value propositions is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and provide clear, professional support.
- Demonstrated Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in Training, with the capability to deliver product orientations, presentations, and knowledge sessions to customers and team members.
- Knowledge of industrial or engineering products, preferably in extraction, distillation, or related process industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital marketing practices to support sales and promotional activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant industrial sales experience is an advantage.
