Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will focus on driving restaurant sales by promoting menu offerings, executing local marketing campaigns, and supporting customer engagement initiatives.

Daily activities include interacting with guests to understand their preferences, coordinating with restaurant staff to ensure consistent service, and identifying opportunities to increase footfall and repeat business. The role involves assisting in training team members on sales techniques and customer service standards, tracking basic sales and marketing performance metrics, and sharing insights with management.



The specialist will also help develop promotional materials, support social and local advertising efforts, and represent KNS professionally within the surrounding community.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with customers and team members.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on hospitality, problem-solving, and creating positive guest experiences.
- Sales skills for promoting restaurant offerings, upselling, and meeting sales targets.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide team members and support sales-focused initiatives.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, local promotions, and brand positioning in the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality sales is an advantage.
- Comfort using basic digital tools or POS systems to track sales and customer feedback.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or hospitality is beneficial.
