Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the growth of Social Fly Digital Media’s client base and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, prospect outreach, and follow-up communication via email, calls, and social platforms. The intern will help maintain CRM records, support preparation of sales presentations, and coordinate with the marketing team on campaign execution, social media activities, and basic performance reporting.

This role also involves responding to initial customer inquiries, gathering client requirements, and participating in internal training to understand digital marketing services and sales processes.



The intern will collaborate closely with senior team members, contribute ideas to improve sales and marketing workflows, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally, manage expectations, and support a positive client experience.

Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills such as prospecting, lead nurturing, and understanding basic sales funnels.

Candidates should possess an interest or exposure to Training and Sales Management concepts, including learning from guidance and supporting structured sales processes.

Basic understanding of digital marketing (e.g., social media, online advertising, SEO) and a solid interest in building a career in sales and marketing.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or lead-tracking tools) is beneficial.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
