Role Summary:
Our client is looking for a proactive and result-driven Regional Sales & Marketing Executive with 4-5 years of experience in the construction equipment, heavy machinery, tractor, automobile, or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, and customer meetings across assigned territories.
- Develop and manage relationships with contractors, builders, infrastructure developers, dealers, distributors, and retail customers.
- Identify and convert B2B and B2C sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and quotation to negotiation, order closure, and post-sales support.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, sales forecasts, customer visit reports, and pipeline updates.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience:
4-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the construction equipment, heavy machinery, tractor, automobile, manufacturing, or industrial equipment industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline. An MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong experience in B2B and B2C sales with a focus on field sales and customer acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Fluency in Bengali and Hindi is preferred. Working knowledge of English is desirable.
