We are expanding our Paper Division and looking for a driven, field-oriented marketing professional to support client acquisition and business growth.

About Us

B D Packaging & Allied Industries carries forward 80+ years of legacy rooted in the paper and packaging industry, with decades of experience catering to converters and manufacturers across India. We deal in a wide range of paper and packaging products serving industries such as food packaging, healthcare, printing & writing, and hygiene applications.

? Key Responsibilities

- Field-based marketing across West Bengal
- Identify, approach, and onboard clients across printing, packaging, FMCG & healthcare.
- Develop and expand dealer/distributor networks
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, negotiation, closure, and repeat business




- Travel within and outside the state as required for business development

? Candidate Profile

- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently generate and close business opportunities
- Comfortable with extensive field work and travel
- Self-motivated with high ownership and execution capability

Preferred (not mandatory): Experience in paper, packaging, or allied industries

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and capability
