Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate role at Barket is a full-time, on-site position based in India. In this role, the associate will promote Barket’s events and services, engage with prospective partners and participants, and support adoption initiatives through targeted sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include managing outreach campaigns, building relationships with attendees and community organizations, and providing clear information about upcoming events and adoption processes. The associate will handle inquiries, maintain customer records, assist with event coordination,



and track engagement and conversion metrics. Collaboration with the broader team to refine messaging, support training initiatives, and improve overall visibility of Barket’s mission is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication skills to interact effectively with potential adopters, partners, and internal teams.
- Customer Service experience to support event participants, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.
- Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive event participation, build pipelines, and promote Barket’s initiatives.
- Training experience to help educate stakeholders and volunteers on Barket’s processes and adoption guidelines.
- Ability to work on-site in India, with flexibility to attend events and engage with local communities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is beneficial.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple events and outreach activities.
