Role Overview
We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Specialist to engage prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right Simplilearn program.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners via outbound calls
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs
- Convert leads into enrollments through consultative selling
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Share market feedback with marketing and product teams
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
- 1–5 years of B2C inside sales experience, preferably in EdTech or services
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Proven record of meeting sales targets
- Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus
- Willingness to work rotational shifts/weekends
