The Role

As a Sales & Customer Success Intern, you will support lead generation, customer engagement, relationship management, and client success initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to business development, customer interactions, and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
- Assist in reaching out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer queries and requirements.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.




- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Track sales activities and contribute to achieving business goals.

Required Qualifications

- BE (Mechanical), BE (Electronics & Telecommunication), BBA, or MBA (MBA preferred).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales, customer service, or business development concepts.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
