The Sales Administrator supports the sales team by ensuring smooth and productive administrative operations, managing sales documentation, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. This role acts as a vital link between the sales team, customers, and other departments, contributing to the overall success of the sales process and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, contracts, and order forms.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases with accurate client and deal information.
- Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients, including scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and responding to inquiries.
- Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
- Assist with sales reporting, preparing dashboards and performance summaries for management.
- Liaise with finance and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and resolve issues.
- Support marketing and sales campaigns by helping to manage contact lists, promotional materials,
and event logistics.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and data protection
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Support, Customer Service, IT Support / Ticketing Desk, Administration, Data Entry / Data Management, Operations or Back-Office Support) is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Desirable skills
- Experience in a similar role within content licensing.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
