The Marketing & Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, promoting company products/services, and closing sales.

- Lead Generation: Find recent clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, and targeting under-construction sites or real estate projects.

- Site Inspections: Visit client properties to assess pest problems and recommend correct treatment plans.

- Sales Conversion: Prepare price quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals to hit monthly and quarterly targets.

- Account Management: Build good long-term ties with clients to secure renewals for annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).

- Marketing Activities: Help plan local promotions, BTL (below-the-line) marketing, and awareness campaigns for segments like hospitality or healthcare.

- Market Tracking: Keep track of competitor activities and report local market trends.

- Requirement : Must have own bycycle and droving licence .

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
