Job Title: SailPoint Developer – Onboarding Experience

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Developer with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) , particularly in application onboarding and integration . The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, and implementing identity governance solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate identity lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Perform onboarding and integration of enterprise applications with SailPoint.
- Develop and maintain connectors, workflows, rules, forms, and approval processes.
- Configure provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, certifications, and access requests.
- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Develop custom Java-based rules, plugins, and connectors when required.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to gather IAM requirements.
- Participate in IAM solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and governance standards.




- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development.
- Robust experience in application onboarding and connector development.
- Hands-on experience with provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Good knowledge of SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, tasks, and certifications.
- Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, JDBC, LDAP, SCIM, and Web Services.
- Strong Java development experience.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with XML, BeanShell, and scripting.
- Understanding of IAM concepts such as RBAC, SOD, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), and access governance.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP integrations.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Relevant SailPoint certifications are preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Notice Period

- Immediate to 30 days preferred.
