We are hiring for US IT Recruiter roles with i3 Infotek, Noida.

Location: Noida
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
Experience: 1–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment
Source and screen candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, CEIPAL, and other sourcing platforms
Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through onboarding
Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Strong understanding of the US Staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle
Experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners
Good knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment types
Solid communication, sourcing, and relationship management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
