About This Role:
We are looking for a Product Engineer to bridge the gap between core AI capabilities and functional, user-facing applications.
You will work at the intersection of software engineering and artificial intelligence, transforming complex technical concepts into autonomous, agent-driven products. Rather than focusing solely on model training,
your objective will be to orchestrate large language models (LLMs) to perform complex tasks, utilize external tools, and deliver seamless user experiences.
You will join a high-impact team responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI agents that serve diverse educational and research use cases. You will work directly with researchers and data engineers to bring AI research out of the lab and into the hands of users.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Product Development: Design, build, and deploy user-facing products powered by LLMs and autonomous agents.
Data Pipeline Engineering: Architect and maintain robust, scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines to ingest, clean, and process structured and unstructured data (including audio and text) for model fine-tuning and RAG systems.
Agentic Workflows: Develop and orchestrate complex agent behaviors, including multi-step reasoning, tool integration (APIs, databases, search), and memory systems.
