Job Description

Partner Relationship Management
Manage and grow an assigned Partner POD comprising Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
Build strong, long-term relationships with channel partners to drive engagement, trust, and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners within the assigned POD and ensure seamless communication.
Conduct regular partner meetings to understand business opportunities and address partner requirements.
NCD Sales & Business Development
Drive sales of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through the assigned partner network and achieve revenue targets.
Identify, onboard, and activate new IFAs, MFDs, and RIAs to expand the distribution network.
Develop and execute strategies to increase partner productivity and business contribution.
Collaborate with partners to identify new investment opportunities for their clients.
Partner Education & Product Advisory
Educate partners and their clients on NCD products, fixed-income instruments, product features, advantages,



and associated risks.
Deliver product presentations, investment discussions, and market updates to improve partner knowledge.
Assist partners in positioning fixed-income products effectively based on investor requirements.
Ensure partners are updated on new product launches, market developments, and regulatory changes.
POD Engagement & Growth
Plan and execute partner engagement initiatives including webinars, workshops, investor awareness programs, and product sessions.
Drive consistent engagement activities to strengthen relationships and improve partner loyalty.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and fixed-income investment opportunities.
Share market insights and partner feedback with leadership to support product and business strategies.
Identify growth opportunities within the assigned geography and partner ecosystem.
