Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in Project Execution and Project Coordination of ELV and Security Systems projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing site activities,



coordinating with stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of projects involving IBMS, CFS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and other ELV systems.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end execution of security and ELV projects across multiple sites.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
Track procurement, material deliveries, and installation activities at project sites.
Prepare project status reports, MOMs, progress trackers, and documentation.
Coordinate site surveys, installation activities, testing, and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
Manage project documentation including BOQs, drawings, work completion reports, and handover documents.
